Ease the Pressure of Your VAT Bill – Flexible Funding Options Now Available

Are you feeling the strain of your upcoming VAT bill?

Already in a Time to Pay (TTP) arrangement and unable to extend it further?

We understand that cash flow pressures are a constant challenge, especially in today’s environment. That’s why we’re offering tailored VAT loan solutions to help you spread the cost of your liability – over 3, 6, 9, or even 12 months.

Why Consider a VAT Loan?

Rather than paying your VAT in one large lump sum, a VAT loan allows you to manage the cost in predictable monthly instalments, helping you:

  • Protect working capital and keep cash flowing through your business
  • Avoid late payment penalties and interest charges from HMRC
  • Reduce stress by ensuring VAT is paid on time, often directly to HMRC on your behalf
  • Access flexible terms to suit your business – 3, 6, 9 or 12 months

What Happens if You Pay VAT Late?

  • Up to 15 days late No penalty if you pay the VAT in full or agree a Time to Pay (TTP) arrangement by day 15.
  • 16 to 30 days late A 3% penalty is charged on the VAT you owed at day 15.
  • 31 days or more late An additional 3% penalty is charged on the VAT still unpaid at day 30 (total 6%). Late payment interest is also charged daily, starting from the day your payment was due.

Interest rate: – Currently Bank of England base rate + 4% (e.g. 8.25% if base rate is 4.25%).

Already in a Time to Pay Arrangement?

If your TTP is already in place and fully utilised, a VAT loan can provide supplementary funding, enabling you to remain compliant while protecting your liquidity.

How It Works

We work with trusted, specialist funders who can often pay HMRC directly

You repay the loan (plus any fees) in equal monthly instalments

You choose the term: 3, 6, 9 or 12 months—whichever best suits your cash flow
